Defaultly, all of the price that we quote is based on the trade term of Ex-work(if customer does not mention other trade terms during communication). It means our pricing is quoted according to the raw material cost, factory rental cost, technical requirements, and human expenses.

Due to our machinery feature, we will take a video to our customer about how his machine works, and the video to teach the customer how to operate his machine.

To release you from worries, TubeBenderN provides:

• 1 year of factory warranty for the new machinery, customer needs to take the photo or provide relevant data or evidence. The warranty does not cover damage caused by human factors, accident, misuse of the product, unauthorized alternation to or change of parts or components of the product, act of God.
