The bending die, clamping die, and pressure die

The bending die is used to form tubes and pipes into your desired shape and it determines the bending radius, there are several bending die configurations, and using which style of bending die is determined by your application.

The clamping die, as its name, which is against the bending die, clamp the pipe between them. The pressure dies, also like its name, pressing the pipe into the bending die.

Wiper Die and Mandrel

The wiper die and the mandrel is perishable tooling that needs to be replaced when they can not be used.

The steel wiper dies, as all of us know, is used to prevent wrinkles during bending, the wiper die was installed inside the bends.

The mandrel is working inside the tube while bending and its function is to prevent the tube and pipe been collapsed wrinkle which may occur during the bending process.
